yourHRdepartment, Inc. consists of experienced HR experts and attorneys licensed in multiple states. These experts developed the on-line HR tools based on years of experience from the HR trenches to both the courtroom and the boardroom.

Elise Krause is a co-founder of yourHRdepartment, Inc. and an employment attorney licensed in California. Ms. Krause graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1987. Ms. Krause has engaged in a national employment law practice in Michigan and California after graduating from law school. Ms. Krause’s practice included both compliance and litigation.

Ms. Krause is co-founder of YourHRdepartment, Inc., a company specializing in EPL, D&O, and Cyber-liability loss-prevention in all 50 states. YourHRdepartment, Inc.

provides employers with a hotline to answer HR questions, an Internet-based HR management system, and on-line training programs that help EPL insureds comply with both state and federal employment standards. Ms. Krause has direct oversight responsibility for a staff of HR professionals and attorneys across the United States who consult with clients on state-specific HR issues.

A co-founder of yourHRdepartment, Inc., Randall J. Krause, was graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1987. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987 and the State Bar of Michigan in 1991. He obtained his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Since law school, Mr. Krause has practiced law in Michigan and California. Over the past 21 years, he has engaged in counseling and litigation of employment law matters. While engaged in the practice of law, he has represented "Fortune 500" companies

and small businesses. His experience includes wrongful termination claims, California wage and hour issues, Title VII issues, Family Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act, among other things. Mr. Krause is a current and active member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Michigan.
