By
harnessing the power of the Internet, we provide the best
loss-control product for EPL insured's available. The
Internet-based system features logic (or HR intelligence)
and compliance forms built into the system. The built-in
logic helps employers to “spot the HR issue”—a necessary
prerequisite to seeking professional HR help.
In addition, we provide a
two-tiered training program to enable employers to provide
human resource and preventive litigation training to
management personnel, and appropriate workplace training to
non-supervisory employees. Our training programs enable an
employer to satisfy its legal obligations to train its
management personnel and provide a workplace free of
discrimination and/or harassment. The training and
orientation for non-supervisory personnel enables employers
to prove that each employee knew about the company’s policy
against discrimination and harassment and how to complain
about such activity.
Also included within our HR Online management system are:

library of key personnel policies, procedures, and protocols
that every employer should have to be able to comply with
applicable laws and current case law developments.
(2)
Comprehensive guidelines and protocols for management
personnel on appropriate workplace strategies when making
important personnel decisions, responding to “high risk”
workplace problems, and in dealing with problem employees.
(3) The
infrastructure of an employment practices compliance program
designed to enable employers to detect and resolve workplace
problems as soon as possible so as to avoid subsequent legal
problems—including a form Employee Policy Manual that the
insured can customize to its own operations in just a few
minutes.
(4) An
email “HR Update” service so that the executive team of an
EPL insured receives instantaneous information regarding
important cases, risk management tips, and cutting-edge
legal and HR developments.
One-On-One HR Support and Training
We provide
every client with an HR director to assist with unique HR
problems as they arise. We
personally contact every policyholder to train the HR staff
how to utilize our HR management system, and our telephone
support for HR management.
We provide every client with a
toll-free hotline for employees to call to report
employment-related claims. This employee hotline offers
employees an easy mechanism for reporting harassment,
discrimination and other employment-related problems to an
independent third party. A properly managed, high-integrity
hotline is a critical factor in the detection, prevention,
response and affirmative defense process for
employer-employee related misconduct allegations. The
potential losses in cases involving sexual harassment,
discrimination, negligent hiring and other improprieties are
significantly reduced when companies employ an
employee-complaint hotline.
